Delegate Criss moves to amend the bill on page six, section four, line ten, following the words “of this code”, by striking out the period and inserting a colon and the following: “Provided, That the gross amount of additional tax on coal collected under this article to §11-13A-6 of the code and the gross amount of tax on coal reallocated and dedicated under §11-13A-6a of the code shall be paid over and distributed as provided in those sections without the application of any credits against the tax allowed by this section.”
